A selection of vines and old vines with very low yields located on the one hand on a clay- limestone soil exposed North-West, and other plots oriented to the South. A perfect balance between freshness, roundness, a hint of acidity and southern warmth!

Manual harvest - 25 year old vines
Grape varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin, 20% Pinot Noir
Vinification: direct pressurage, débourbage at 0°. Aging between 4 and 5 years. Dosage: 8 gr/L
Alcohol: 12.5%
Colour: Gold with light bubbles
Pairing: Ideal for an aperitif, goes with a nice Norman apple pie as dessert for gourmets!
