100% Tinta Negra
The grapes are hand harvested and sorted. 70% are destemmed, the rest is left whole bunch. Fermentation is with natural yeasts in 228 litre used French oak, and the grapes are left to macerate on the skins for 40 days. The wine is drained to French oak barrels where it ages before bottling after a light filtration.
