This boutique producer of Txakoli is based in Okondo in the Álava province, 12 miles south of Bilbao. The focus is on indigenous varieties, hand-picking and low density planting. Their 10ha of vinyards are planted at 300m above sea level in areas protected from the harsh Atlantic winds.
