Attis Bodegas y Viñedos is a family-run winery located in the centre of Val de Salnes, who produced their first vintage in 2012. They own 5 ha of vines at varying altitudes from 100-400m above sea level, producing wines with an excellent balance of acidity, minerality and fruitiness.
Nana is a wine made from Albariño, from the oldest vineyard owned by the family, which is over 40 years old and entirely organic.
Grapes are manually harvested and go through cold skin-contact maceration with dry ice. After pressing and selecting the flor must it goes through a cold settling process. Afterwards it undergoes fermentation with wild yeasts in French oak. After fermentation, it is kept on its lees in the same barrels for 12 months, with occasional batonnage, before it's bottled, clarified and filtered.
