In our opinion this is one of the best value Grandes Marques champagnes on the market. We served this at our wedding and our family have been big supporters for three generations.

Founded in 1860 by Edmond de Ayala, now owned by Bollinger. They had their heyday in the 1920's but since 2005 when Bollinger took ownership they have seen a wonderful revival. Now under the watchful eye of Adrian Mouflard, ex secretary general of Bollinger and the skilled wine maker Caroline Latrive.
