Grapes are selected from the oldest vineyards in the family. They are small and old plots, manually harvested. These these grapes go through two selections before entering the winery, a first selection in the field itself in which only perfect bunches are harvested and later a selection of grain in the winery using a selection table. Alcoholic fermentation with long macerations and malolactic fermentation in French oak wooden vats with a capacity of 6,500 liters. Aging in new Bordeaux barrels of 225 liters, French Oak for 30-32 months. Aging in the bottle for at least 18 months prior to its release on the market.
