A broad and muscular champagne. A favourite of Patsy and Edina from Absolutely Fabulous, and of course James Bond.

Baked apple, spiced brioche and peaches with a fresh and vivacious finish. It pairs perfectly with poultry, seafood and canapés but it is hard not to enjoy it on its own.

“I drink Champagne when I'm happy and when I'm sad. Sometimes I drink it when I'm alone. When I have company I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I'm not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise, I never touch it - unless I'm thirsty.”

Made by winemaker Gilles Descôtes, the process starts in the Grands Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The grapes are then vinified and blended with reserve wines into magnums and aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellars before being disgorged
