I Frati Lugana is 100% Turbiana; a native grape to Lugana. When young, this wine is fresh, linear and sophisticated. Lovely almond, apricot and thyme notes. When this Lugana DOC has been given time to evolve it becomes richer, almost glossy, with slight spice and aromas of dried and candied fruit.
When young we recommend drinking it at cooler temperatures but with age it can benefit from a little time to breathe after removing from the fridge.
Pair this with seafood, poultry and Mozzarella or Burrata.
