Lemoss (in the Treviso dialect "le moss" means fizzy) is a lightly sparkling wine made with Glera grapes, no added sugar and selected yeasts. Being non-filtrato (or not filtered) the yeast cells remain in the bottle after the second fermentation meaning there will be a layer of natural sediment, a process called "Col Fondo" or "Sur Lies" in French. 

An independent family-owned winery based in Piave which has been going since 1931.
