Produced with grapes from vines with an average age of 30 years, growing in Garonne and Pyrenean gravel soils.
After an initial maceration period, the grapes are fermented in temperature controlled wooden vats. The wine is aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels.
Chateau Noillac's reputation was established by Marc Pagès, who was also responsible for the overhaul of Chateau Tour de By. Today it has 46 hectares of vines and is run by one of Marc's grandsons, Damien.
