Chateau Picoron is owned by an Australian family, passionate about creating high quality wines that reflect the heritage of Bordeaux, who have convert the vineyard and winemaking practices to be organic.

The wine is made by vinifying the Merlot grapes with little skin contact as not to impart any colour to the resulting wine. The wine sees a little French oak as part of the fermentation process which created lovely creaminess and texture.
