Guillaume Guiton began working on his father Jean's eleven-hectare estate in 1998 and took over in 2005. Its production is almost entirely red, and it bears no glitzy labels. These pure, beautifully expressive wines, on the other hand, are well worth seeking out and offer excellent value for money.
