Guillaume Guiton is now in charge of the domaine founded by his father Jean 35 years ago, after studies in Beaune and an apprenticeship in several wineries in Burgundy and as far away as Rosemount in Australia. Since he took over in 2005 (and we discovered him with the lovely 2009 vintage), he has vastly improved the quality of the wines here, earning rave reviews from Jancis Robinson and La Revue du Vin de France, among others.
