Guillaume Guiton took over his father Jean's 11.5 hectare Domaine in 2002. It was founded in 1973. His wines celebrate the terroir. Though the prescription changes with each vintage, every opportunity is take the a minimal approach in the winery is welcomed.When it comes to ageing, a variety of barrels are used; only for 6 years and Guillaume never employs more than 20% new oak.
