Dominio do Bibei is one of Spain's most ambitious projects. Its primary goal is to create artisan wines capable of expressing the terroir of the Ribera sacra appellation through the most natural winemaking approach.
Ribera sacra is a wine appellation in Galicia, northwest Spain. The landscape features steep slopes and terraced vineyards. The grapevines range in age from 15 to 100 years and are located 300-670 metres above sea level in soils with slate and granite, clay texture, organic matter, and some acidity.
