We all need a little Funkstille from time to time - "Radio Silence" for the non linguists! This wine is labelled with 3 different labels that are applied at random during the packaging process.

Produced with grapes harvested from vines over 15 years old, growing on clay and limestone soils in Lower Austria, (Niederösterreich.) Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks, with no malolactic fermentation, but 8 weeks of lees aging to add flavour and enhance the texture of the wine.

Funkstille are located in the Northern Krems Valley of the Danube, close to the town of Seftenberg.
