Iona describe Mr P as "Pinot for the People;" classic, high quality Pinot Noir at a sensible price!

Grapes are grown on Iona's Langrug farm in the Elgin Valley. The grapes are harvested by hand with 10% added as whole bunches to add complexity to the wine. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks with regular punching down. The wine is matured in used French Oak barrels for 11 months before blending and bottling.
