Produced with grapes from the Kerseley Estate vineyard in Dallas point, about half a mile from the sea. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks helps preserve the freshness and flavours of the wine.

The Mayfly name was chosen as the wine is produced in an area renowned for the quality of its fly fishing. The mayfly appears with the first warmth of summer, drifting down the many crystal clear streams in the region and providing food for the voracious river trout.

James helped us pick this Mayfly Sauvignon for our wedding and I'm pleased he did because it's an absolute winner which is sure to please everyone. Just a 100% all rounder which we've been enjoying in deep-winter and high-summer! Loads of compliments on the day about our wine so thanks James!
