Description

We are pleased to announce our next wine dinner. This will be an opportunity for you to taste wines from one of South Africa's top wine estates, Vondeling. Found in the foothills of Paardeberg mountain, with a rich history of three centuries of wine making, an evironmentally sensitive approach and the vast expertise of head winemaker, Matthew Copeland, Vondeling produce knock out wines. It is one of our favourite vineyards and has played a large role in James' wine background, as he worked there as an assistant wine maker (cellar rat) for two harvests in the noughties.

We will be joined by Matthew Copeland for the evening and will taste South Africa's first Method Ancestrale; Vondeling Rurale. The cult white; Babiana. As well as limited releases: Bowwood Chenin Blanc, ABSA Top 10 Pinotage; Bowwood Pinotage, and Bordeaux blend; Philosophie. To finish we will enjoy a glass of Sweet Carolyn.

When booking please let us know if you have any dietary requirements in the comments section of the checkout or by email. Menu choices must be confirmed by Saturday, 5th October 2024 19:00. Cancellation of bookings must be made 48hrs prior to the event start time, after this time bookings will not be refunded unless we are able to re-allocate your tickets.
