Traditional pergola vineyards with 800 vines/ha. Soils of granitic entisols of a sandy-clay character. Dominant orientation to the South-West. Altitude of 100 m. Yield of 4,000 Kg/ha. Manual harvest in perforated boxes of 15 kg.
After being picked and sorted by hand, the grapes are pressed directly with scrape. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic conversion is encouraged. The wine is filtered before bottling.
