This iconic wine is somewhat inspired by the style of Cheval Blanc. Fill your cellars with this as it will only become more desirable!
This wine was matured for three years in a combination of 225l oak barrels, 9000l foudre and 4500l cement tanks.
BE SURE TO LET THIS BREATHE. It is a wine of class and structure that requires time to reveal it's true character.
