Winemaker and friend, Matthew Copeland, crafts a wondrous wine using delicately cold-pressed grapes from the mountainous Paarl Region, where the indigenous fynbos and grapes flourish alike. 

A refreshing Rosé, showcasing rose petals and tropical fruit on the nose with vibrant red berry and citrus flavours on the palate. 

Pairs beautifully with zesty Thai-style prawns, grilled sardines or fresh tomato and feta salad... and good company.
