On the nose peaches, ripe nectarine, wild raspberries and a touch of spice. Soft, subtle and silky.
The Shiraz all comes from one old vineyard in the Riverland property. A small proportion of Zibibbo, otherwise known as Muscat, was co-fermented using wild yeasts. A brief ageing in old French oak followed by bottling young to maintain the hugely aromatic and textural quality.
