Fresh, clean, unoaked chardonnay. Aromas of citrus, pineapple and white flowers. Crisp and refreshing with steely minerality.
Vines are planted on rolling hills of sandy loam soil. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks then the wine is aged in stainless steel with regular lees stirring but no malolactic fermentation.
