Textured and deliciously drinkable. A very approachable orange wine with instant aromatics of peach, apricot and yoghurty creaminess.
Naturally fermented and macerated on the skins with daily punch downs to increase flavour and texture, before being put through a basket press. The wine is left to settle in tank before being transferred to concrete eggs and flexcubes (vessels designed to incorperate oxygen in the ageing process with more control and consistancy than traditional barrels).
